His style created a winning culture.
The Steelers won four Super Bowls (1974, 1975, 1978, 1979) with Noll as the head coach. He spent 23 seasons in Pittsburgh, compiling a 209-156-1 record. Noll is now a member of the National Football League Hall of Fame.
