Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County say a Johnstown area man is charged with false imprisonment following an incident with a local pizza delivery driver.
According to the affidavit, officers with the Johnstown police department were called to Primo's Pizza, located on Clinton Street, on Dec. 15th for a report of a robbery.
Police say the victim told officers that he was leaving a residence along Maple Ave. when the suspect, later identified as 42-year-old Leo Toney, allegedly exited the apartment and asked "Where his soda was?"
Authorities say Toney then reportedly pulled the victim into the residence and locked the door.
Officers say the victim told police that he pushed Toney out of the way and left.
Police say when they went to Toney's residence to question him about the incident, he reportedly "smelled of alcohol and his speech was slurred."
Authorities say Toney was booked and then was returned to his residence.
